Every SpikeRest order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee If your acupressure mat arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.
How it works
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. If the mat arrived faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full. Then comes the replacement or the refund to your original payment method.
If your acupressure mat is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is confirmed or the issue is verified.
When the 30 days start
The 30-day window runs from the day your order arrives, not the day you place it. Delivery takes 6-10 business days, so you have the full 30 days from actual receipt.
