Every SpikeRest order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee with a free return. If your acupressure mat arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.
How it works
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- We arrange a free return where needed, then a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
If your acupressure mat is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is confirmed or the issue is verified.
